The selection process for the IBPS exam includes a preliminary written exam followed by a mains exam and a personal interview. No personal interview is conducted for the clerical post recruitment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The syllabus of the written exam includes subjects like numerical ability, general English, reasoning, general awareness, computer knowledge, and marketing aptitude.
