With great pleasure, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Management College is set to welcome all the athletes, representing its inaugural First Marathon in 2023. The race will be held on Mall Road, Meerut Cantt. A total cash prize of 5100/-, 4100/-, 3100/-, 2100/- and 1100/- will be awarded to the top 5 athletes, and e-certificates will be given to all participants. The race will begin at 6:30 am and will be concluded with a post-race celebration.

We are thrilled to bring our first Marathon Race Championship for the year 2023. It’s an amazingly popular distance to race, both for novice runners and elite athletes that are looking for a bucket list challenge. This participation will help you in becoming strong mentally and physically. It will energise each and every cell of your body by regenerating your inner strength, concentration, and controlling stress.

Marathon Rules

Marathon runners are prohibited to receive any kind of help from outside.
The athlete may be removed from the marathon race by any medical intervention.
All the participants must confirm that they are physically & mentally capable of participating.
Any kind of foul language would not be tolerated at all.
Alcohol and any kind of energy drinks are not allowed.
Your entry will be prohibited without your ID card (College ID/School ID/Aadhaar Card).
Latecomers won’t be allowed to participate, so be on time.
Spitting while running is strictly prohibited.
If you leave the course, you will be disqualified from the race.

Marathon Guidelines

It is a 5 Km Marathon and the duration is 45 min.
There will be an entry fee of INR 100 to participate in the Marathon.
The last date for registration will be announced soon for DDUMC Marathon 2023.
Candidates who fall in the age group of 16 to 40 years are eligible to participate.
All the participants must bring their College IDs /School IDs / Aadhaar Cards.
Marathon will be flagged off from 17, Mall Road & will be finished at the same place via Chiragh School, Sofia Crossing, St. Mary’s School, & Company Garden.
